So we’ve been non existent on here for awhile. Popping in to say hi and share some photos of our summer travels! Travel looks a little different right now, but we feel pretty fortunate that this is our backyard! 🇨🇦 This was taken during our first time sleeping in Toby since our Pan-Am adventure, not sure how we lived in this set up for 1.5 years 😂 but we still love it ❤️Swipe to see our future house... jk (maybe!). #overland #exploreoutside #camping

2019 was certainly a year of adventure! Our trip (Canada to Panama & back) came to an end, after 15 months and 50,000 km's. We are a few weeks into the year already, but we have finally had sometime to settle into life back in Calgary and reflect. Quitting our jobs, selling many of our possessions, and renting our house in exchange for living out of our of a truck seemed like a crazy decision at the time, but looking back now we wouldn't change anything. If there is something you really want to try or do, and you've stumbled upon this post, perhaps this is the nudge you need - just do it! .

During our trip Roo had a little bed section setup behind the passenger seat. However, she much perfers to be looking out towards the front and assisting with driving and navigating. As you can see here she likes scouting the open road.
